Terms of Service

By accessing or using Framepulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• Framepulse is for personal, non-commercial use.
• Framepulse is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms without permission in your country, you may use Framepulse only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping its access secure.
• Framepulse uses data and images from The Movie Database (TMDb). We do not guarantee that third-party data is complete or error-free.

You retain ownership of profile information, notes, comments, list titles and descriptions, and other material you create ("User Content"). You are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to share it.

When you make User Content available through Framepulse, you grant LIMINAL BLUES LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, format and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote and improve Framepulse. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where a copy must be retained for legal, safety, backup or dispute-resolution purposes.

Public content may be seen and shared by other people. Do not publish information you want to keep private. You must follow the Community Guidelines available in Framepulse. Notes and comments can be reported from their flag menu, and users can be blocked from their profile.

The Framepulse logo, design and software belong to Framepulse. Film and television data and imagery are supplied by TMDb under its terms. You must respect the intellectual-property rights that apply to this content.

You must not:

• Use Framepulse illegally or violate applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or crawl the service or its data for commercial purposes.
• Post harassment, bullying, credible threats, hateful attacks, non-consensual sexual material, sexual exploitation of children, encouragement of self-harm, private personal information, spam, scams, impersonation or infringing content.
• Evade safety controls, manipulate reports, harm another person or interfere with the service.

Framepulse may use automated screening and human review to enforce these terms and the Community Guidelines. We may reject or remove content, limit features, suspend an account or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse or enforce these terms. Reports are reviewed by authorised administrators. Contact support@framepulse.app about a moderation or safety concern.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or repeatedly misuses the service. You may stop using Framepulse and delete your account in Settings.

Framepulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app or inaccuracies in third-party entertainment data.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where a change materially affects your use of Framepulse.
